Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Foundry Football collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide through our website, forms, and booking interactions.
1. Information we collect
- Player and parent/guardian contact information
- Booking and scheduling details
- Relevant health or safety details voluntarily provided
- Basic website usage data from standard analytics tools
- Photos and video only when we have obtained separate, affirmative consent from a parent or legal guardian as described in Section 6
2. How we use information
- To schedule and deliver training sessions
- To communicate about bookings, updates, and service notices
- To improve coaching services and website performance
- To maintain operational, legal, and safety records
- To display or distribute photos or video for marketing, social media, or the website only where we have valid media consent for the identifiable minor(s) shown, as described in Section 6
3. Information sharing
Foundry Football does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to process payments, forms, or communications, or when required by law.
4. Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect data. No online system is guaranteed to be fully secure, but we work to minimize risk and limit access.
5. Children’s privacy
Player data for minors is collected through parents or legal guardians for training and safety purposes. Guardians may request updates or deletion of submitted information, where legally permitted.
6. Photos, video, and media consent
From time to time, Foundry Football may capture still photographs or video of training sessions for business purposes such as marketing, advertising, social media, or this website. Identifiable images or recordings of minors are not used for those purposes unless a parent or legal guardian has given clear, separate consent.
What “consent” means. Consent may be collected through a signed form, a checked box on your booking or waiver flow, or another documented method you can keep for your records. Training and participation do not depend on granting media consent; you may decline and your player may still train.
Scope. When consent is given, it applies only to the uses described at the time you agree (for example, website and social channels operated by Foundry Football). We do not sell photo or video content of players to third parties.
Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw media consent at any time by contacting us through the intake form. We will stop new public use of identifiable media of your player going forward and will remove or replace content where reasonably practicable. Some materials may remain in backups or archives for a limited period as part of normal IT operations.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, safety, or business purposes. Requests related to photos or video are handled together with Section 6.
8. Policy updates
This policy may be revised over time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. If we materially change how we use photos or video, we will seek fresh consent where required.
9. Contact
For privacy requests or questions, contact Foundry Football through the intake form.
