These Terms of Service govern your use of Foundry Football services, website content, and training-related communications. By booking or participating in sessions, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Foundry Football provides small-group soccer training sessions with a maximum of four players per session, designed for player development. Session length, location, and format may vary based on booking.
2. Eligibility and supervision
A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for minors. Guardians are responsible for providing accurate health and emergency contact information.
3. Scheduling and attendance
- Bookings are confirmed after payment and acceptance by Foundry Football.
- Players should arrive on time, prepared, and in appropriate training gear.
- Late arrivals may reduce training time and are not guaranteed make-up minutes.
4. Safety and conduct
Player safety is a top priority. Foundry Football may refuse service or remove any player for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior without refund when appropriate.
5. Assumption of risk
Participation in athletic activity involves risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. A signed waiver may be required before participation.
6. Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time for future bookings. Payment terms for active bookings are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, logos, and training materials are property of Foundry Football and may not be reused without prior written permission.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates are effective when posted on this page.
9. Photos, video, and media consent
Training may occasionally be photographed or recorded for business use. Use of identifiable photos or video of a minor in marketing, on social media, or on this website requires separate consent from a parent or legal guardian under our Privacy Policy. Declining or withdrawing media consent does not affect your player’s ability to participate in training, subject to operational limits (for example, scheduling a session that avoids active recording if a reasonable accommodation is requested in advance).
