Refund Policy
Effective date: April 16, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to training sessions and packages purchased through Foundry Football.
1. Single Sessions
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before session time may be charged in full.
2. Session Packages
- Packages are non-transferable unless approved by Foundry Football.
- Unused sessions do not rollover to next month.
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
If a player does not attend a scheduled session and no notice is provided, the session may be forfeited and considered used.
4. Weather and Coach Cancellations
If Foundry Football cancels due to weather, field conditions, or coach availability, a make-up session or credit will be provided.
5. Medical Circumstances
In case of injury or medical circumstances, refund or credit requests may be reviewed case by case. Supporting documentation may be requested.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on payment provider timing.
